Kotai has a team of knife experts whose families have practiced the craft for generations.
The knives are made by combining traditional cutlery methods with advanced technological processes such as vacuum heat treatment and cryogenic cooling to optimize the mechanical properties of the steel.
Each KOTAI knife has undergone a rigorous quality control process and will not leave their factory until it has been manually checked by 3 different inspectors.
