French carving knife with AUS10 and 67 layers Damascus blade | Deglon
The 230mm carving knife is used to slice roasts, hams and other meats with a unique finesse and is part of the Damascus 67 collection offering cutting quality, aesthetics and comfort of use.
The blade is composed of a core of AUS 10 Japanese steel with a high carbon content that offers unmatched hardness and a longer cutting life. This core is then covered with 33 damascus layers on each side of the blade (Steels 420 and 431) loaded with chromium and nickel, which ensure rust resistance and exceptional aesthetics.
The Damascus 67 knives are equipped with an elegant handle made of high quality "Corian" material, composed of white rock and acrylic resin. Comparable to marble for its hardness and beautiful colors, the handle has excellent resistance to shocks, stains, UV and bacteria.
Deglon has been handcrafting quality flatware in France since 1921. Form meets function in a wide selection of quality products that feature precision performance, design and world-class craftsmanship. Deglon products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
