Shipping Policy

We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We process your package in 24-48 hours, then it is deposited in the hands of our partner carrier.

You can find the different delivery methods available :

• 📦 Chronopost 48H
• 📦 DHL International : 3-7 Days

Some products manufacturing on demand may take 15-30 business days maximum for processing, manufacturing and international shipping. You will find during checkout, the available shipping methods and estimated times.

👉 Please note that there may be occasional delays due to the health condition of the COVID19 and the handling by the national postal services but these times are met 80-90% of the time.

We are doing our best to shorten these delays, and hope to offer you 1 Business Day Delivery in the near future.

Shipping cost

Delivery by DPD, Chronopost is offered for all orders over 150€ in Metropolitan France and the following European countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Germany).

Postage cost (Order < 150€):

• Chronopost/DPD : 8,90€ (for orders under 150€)

International delivery

If you wish to have a parcel delivered outside Europe, select international delivery in the checkout process. Additional charges may apply to some products, as well as VAT charges in countries outside the EU.
