YOU HAVE THE CHOICE!

For the return, you choose what you want:

  • We create a credit note for you for the amount of your order for a later purchase and we issue you a free return form to stick on the parcel (return costs offered)
  • We issue you a return coupon by Colissimo or DPD to stick on the parcel and to send us back
  • You send us back your parcel by the carrier of your choice.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

The articles supplied by Damascus-Steel.eu are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If an article is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 15 working days, from the date of receipt of the articles, to request an exchange or a refund.

The customer must send back the new or not consumed articles:

  • in their entirety and in their original packaging
  • intact
  • accompanied by all the possible accessories
  • instructions for use
  • documentation (in its original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice).
  • In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Couteau-damas.com is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, with the exception of the return costs.


The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

For orders made on demand, with customization desired by the customer or request for personalized engraving, Damascus-Steel.eu reserves the right to accept or not the return of the product when it becomes unsaleable.

The return shipping costs will be at your charge.
